Thats wassup, I like the pitches though, gives me flexibility over sound. Hitting on the keys reminds me of PRE-MASCHINE days…sad days, lol.
I feel ya lol. But folks used to ask about this, some like to bang on keys lol.
I know you got up tutorials on beginners but. I was hoping you can do a tutorials from start to finish. Like for instance the scenes and group. And how to copy and paste In the group scene.
what specifically do you want to know about scenes and groups? What are you trying to copy and paste in the group or scene? Come on over to the forum and make your request so we can see exactly what you’re looking for.

damn i had go back.. and just check this out again.. cuz i forgot!!
No doubt!
I actually didn’t ink this was even an option. But I hate doing my drums like this so I never even looked intonit. Love my pads! I can however see how this could be useful for stabs, or hits and such.
Some people like to bang out this way, so it’s cool to have the option. Yeah def cool for hits and stabs/riffs.
If I had a 81 key midi keyboard would I be able to put a direct a sound to every key??? That would be crazy.
this right here would just give you 16 sounds, 1 key for each sound in the kit. But if you built your own in keyboard mode, yes you could…peep this one

Does this apply to keyboard sounds as well? Say I brought up FM8, do I go through this process for all sounds?
no, with fm8 just hit “shift+pad mode” to put it into keyboard mode and you can play the sound up and down the pads
I got it bro. I didn’t explain myself right. I was trying to use my MPK88 and wanted to know if I could play sounds on my board directly ‘without’ going through this process. And I can play it without any setup. So my fault on that one…
Yep, maschine automatically lets you play anything on a pad across your keyboard 🙂
Whats up HomeSlices. Could anybody explain to me or send me a link on how I bus my keyboard to my MAschine, like the guy is doing in the video above? Please and TY.
Plug it in via usb and turn it on the the midi settings of maschine.

maybe it’s just my internet browser not showing some of these videos?
Could be, this one particularly is a youtube video so it could have been some youtube quirkiness going on at the time, try it again and let me know, I copied the code for the video over again just to be sure.
How did u even figure this out. I used to be strictly asr 10 and triton so this right on time
I used to rock with a fantom myself fam so you know how it goes lol, glad you dig it!
Another quicky Saint Joe, I’m trying to buid a custom group consisting of different sounds from massive, i can load up a soiund on pad 9 no problem but when i try to upload a sound onto any other pad within that group then the light on the software stays dimmed and although it states that i have loaded the sample, nothing plays when i hit the pad?
Peace
G
You can’t load multiple plugins in keyboard mode you have to come out of keyboard mode to load multiple plugin sounds.
Thanks man!
No problem
hey mann! Sound MIDI Batch Setup doesn’t seem to exist in Maschine 2.0.. whats an alternative?
Sorry, I was travelling yesterday for my son’s track meet.
Yeah they took it out, check this video https://maschinetutorials.com/maschine-2-0-how-to-spread-your-kits-and-chops-across-the-keyboard/
