Hey what’s good fam, got another Maschine drum design tutorial for you.
This time I’m showing how to create and layer your own new drum sounds using drag and drop.
This particular method is a way I’ve been layering drums for many years and I think once you see it you’ll see the power.
You could also use resampling to create your new drums in this same way but I like drag and drop because I can quickly build up a new kit without having to actually go to that group that I’m building the kit in until I’m finished.

good idea, Joe!
thanks bro, it’s super fast man
Dope Joe you’re a guru!
Thanks
always glad to help, have fun!
this one is great – I’ve done similar stuff while making sound effects for games.. but this really streamlines the process….didn’t think to make cooler drum hits….i skipped the bpm one because i don’t have bpm…very glad you did this one – when i was doing the sfx, i would bounce it and re-import….this is way better….those drums sound big….
yes you can do the same for sfx and other hits, works well for that too
D.O.P.E thanks for the tip Joe
no problem man, always trying to share
nice one bro like the drag n drop makes it really fast. Thanks fam…
yes indeed, even though I think drag and drop can be sped up a bit, it’s still a great tool and really useful in situations like this
