New in the Maschine 1.6 update is the ability to rename patterns, drag patterns around to arrange them, as well as the ability to drag scenes around. If you are new to Maschine you probably don’t know the difference, but with this addition things become a lot more flexible and easier to keep track of.

Im having a problem with copying and pasting paterns. It was working fine up untill a few days ago. I control click on say pattern 1 and choose copy but when I go to paste onto pattern 2 it dosnt allow me to paste it. Sometimes it works somtimes it dosnt. More often not. I cant figgure it out. I rely allot on copying my patterns.

Have you tried from the controller using duplicate? Press the pattern button when you’re on pattern 1, then press duplicate, and see if it creates a new pattern/copy for you. Not sure what ctrl+click is, is that on a Mac? On PC it’s right click then you have a copy screen. You can also try to hit the select button, choose all, then do a shift+copy, go to a new pattern, shift+paste. Using the controller works perfect. Got caught up on why my normal way wasnt workin.
On mac ctrl + click is right click.
Oh okay, glad it works, didn’t know that about the Mac lol, my fault!
