Yo what’s good fam!
Just wanted to follow-up on the short demo I did of Maschine Jam on the MT Hangout last week.
In this video I wanted to cover a feature that a lot of people seem to be excited about, the ability to strum notes and chords using the touch strips or “smart strips” as NI calls them.
I show the 3 different modes and their features so you can get a better idea of exactly how they work.

Good morning brother, there you go baby I was curious as to the different options you have with those strips definitely inspiring. What do you think about the Jam so far man? I’m really hyped about using it in conjunction with the Studio that’s got to make for an interesting choice of music making methods. My hope is that with scene arrangement I’ll be more prone to trying to actually do some basic sequencing in Maschine first before exporting.
So far the scene/pattern workflow is what I find most useful. It definitely makes it easier to try new things since it is so quick to duplicate or start new patterns and switch between them.
