Native Instruments has released Maschine 3.0, some of the new features include stem separation, separate scene tempos, new MIDI note editing, (including MIDI note preview on the piano roll), new sounds, bounce in place, and basic integration with the Komplete Kontrol MK3 controllers…finally!
Though the software interface has been “refreshed”, overall it isn’t anything unfamiliar. Most of your workflow and navigation will remain the same, with the addition of new tools and options.
Honestly, I’m glad they didn’t change the layout too much, and integrated the new tools into the already familiar environment.
What are your thoughts on this update? Anything you find absolutely useful or something you were hoping for that didn’t make it?
The update is currently $29 bucks, $49 for the new sound library if you want it.
