In the new Maschine 2.3 update we know have the ability to hold or “latch” the arp.
What this means is that you can turn the arp on, latch it, and then go about changing various parameters either for the arp or the sound that is being triggered by the arp.
I’ve always felt this should have been implemented from the start, as using an arp is a great way to tweak sounds and come up with new ideas without having to play it out manually.
So you can turn on an arp then go and try out different settings for the sound, fx, or arp, until you come up with something you like.
It may seem simple, but it’s definitely a useful feature.
