Hey what’s good fam!
Hope all is well, just want to continue to make sure you understand everything that Maschine 2.0 has to over, this is a tutorial going over the hi-hat module in the Maschine 2 drum synth.
As with the rest of the modules, this can be very useful and not just for synth style hats, you even get a sample based/modeled style engine for realistic sounding hi-hats.
I’m definitely hoping that they continue to build upon the drum synth as it is a very powerful feature that I feel doesn’t get a lot of love, but if you really dig into it you’ll find there’s so much you can do with the different modules.
Of course if you have any questions just ask!

Saint Joe – really great information as always. I’m focused this week on the drum synth. I’ve been an acoustic drummer my whole life and this is like having unlimited drum kits at my fingertips, you can go from the sublime to the ridiculous with this feature. Thank you, DJ hRitzko
Glad to help, the drum synth is very powerful man, I love that it doesn’t just sound like “synth” drums either 🙂
Yes exactly, it’s somewhere between synth drums and earthy natural sounds/claps etc. I’m going to really dig into it.
Let me know if you have any questions man!
Many thanks
I’m still a newbie for Maschine Studio where would drum synth be located within the software?
It’s under the modules list or you can load presets from the browser.
