So I know we are all excited about having all the presets from Komplete/NI products in the Maschine browser.
But if you’re like me, you’re always purging and organizing things.
I find there are just some products and sounds I don’t like and will never use, so I don’t want them taking up space in my browser!
This quick video just shows the process of removing them from the database, since you can’t actually remove the library from the libraries tab.
Of course you can just do a manual rescan to add everything back if you wish, or run the installer again depending on which library it is.
This is just one of those things, I find myself doing and wanted to share if anyone else ever needed it.
Remember, I can still load the presets the regular manual way, they just aren’t taking up space inside of my Maschine browser.
By limiting that space to stuff I actually use, it keeps my workflow when browsing that much more efficient.

how did you get the update for Razor ? from NI ?
Or did you manually put the razor library in maschine.
I had the newer installer for it
subscribed to get access to this tip and it doesn’t work with newer versions of Maschine 🙁 I have a bunch of 3rd party Kontakt snapshots gunking up my Kontakt user preset browser and I’m not sure how to hide them
